He got into a well-publicized altercation with Mark Burnett at a pre-Emmy party on Sunday in LA.
But on Tuesday night, Tom Arnold was very much delighted as he left a restaurant in Beverly Hills with wife Ashley.
The actor and comedian, 59, posed for photos with his arm around his wife as they left the eatery.
Tom was casually attired in a black ‘Super me’ t-shirt and blue jeans.
Ashley also wore jeans embellished with silver sequin patterns and paired them with a white tee.
The couple wed in 2009 and share a son Jax, five, and daughter Quinn, who will turn three in December.
Ashley is Tom’s fourth wife; his first was Roseanne Barr.
On Monday, Tom was seen exiting a Los Angeles Police Department station in West Hollywood after filing a police report against Apprentice producer Burnett.
Responding to questions about the fight with Burnett, he told the waiting media: ‘He literally tried to murder me.’
Tom has been chasing Burnett for months now in an attempt to get tapes that he believes show President Donald Trump making a number of racial and derogatory comments while filming The Apprentice.
He has a new show about this premiering this week on Viceland called The Hunt for the Trump Tapes with Tom Arnold.
Multiple people who witnessed Sunday’s fight told DailyMail.com that the two men were shoving one another but it was unclear who was the aggressor in the situation.
